Cancellation Policy

To better serve our patients, we kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

To ensure fair access to appointments for all patients, we require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations so that we can offer the time to another patient.

A cancellation fee of $30.00 for standard GP consultation including telehealth consultations applies to non-attendance or late cancellations. The fee is not rebatable through Medicare.

If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevent you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice you should let us know as soon as possible on 03 8595 0966 or go online to cancel, if you have booked online.
