The Bone Bus is visiting our clinic on 2nd and 3rd February 2026 to provide bone density scans that help detect osteoporosis and weak bones early before fractures occur.
Who should have a Bone Bus scan?
This scan is recommended if you:
- Are 70+ years of age or have certain medical conditions
- Are post-menopausal
- Have had a previous fracture or fall
- Have a family history of osteoporosis
- Take steroid medication long-term
- Have low vitamin D or calcium
- Have conditions affecting bone health (e.g. thyroid issues)
- Are concerned about bone strength
